We reserve a minimum of 10 tents with a £250 deposit paid to secure the date and our services.
Full payment will be required 28 days prior to the booking date.
Final numbers must be confirmed 28 days prior to the event date. No extra bookings for tents, extra airbeds or bedding will be accepted after this date.
